Omnitrope is a brand-name version of the medication, Somatropin. This medication is typically used to treat patients (adult or pediatric) who have been diagnosed with a growth hormone (GH) deficiency. It may also be prescribed to treat Turner Syndrome, idiopathic short stature, SHOX deficiency, and failure to catch up in height after being small for gestational age birth (needles/syringes ordered separately).
