In this (up to) 45-minute Couples Consultation, you and your partner can discuss needs and barriers (individually and as a couple) with an experienced medical practitioner who will determine a customized plan for you and your partner.

In this (up to) 30-minute Individual Consultation, you and your experienced medical practitioner will discuss your individual needs and barriers to determine a customized plan together.
