This skin care for acne is recommended for hormonal acne occasionally expereinced by patients on TRT/HRT as well as treatment of fungal acne. This type of acne is usually caused when pores become clogged with yeast in a condition called pityrosporum folliculitis. Because most types of acne are caused by bacteria, other types of acne treatments will not help treat this condition.
